Breathwork

What is Breathwork?

The term breathwork might come across as simple slow deep, relaxing breathing but this type of breathwork is quite different.

 

It can either be a strong interconnected breath or a slower, more grounding breath, both of which have similar benefits. It is cleansing, healing, and releasing.

What we suppress becomes stagnant in our bodies and the key to healing is usually locked within the subconscious. This form of breathwork brings forth what is needed for the next step in evolution or what needs to be released and can have powerful and lasting effects.

If you are feeling blocked, stagnant or curious then breathwork is for you.

What a Breathwork session may look like

A breathwork session is a beautiful and connecting experience. It is very cathartic and has a tendency to bring up what we suppress which is wonderful. It helps you free yourself from things that hold you back in a safe space with a practitioner. 

 

You may feel a range of different things which include:

  • Energy moving through your body

  • Tingling

  • Feel love

  • Blockages being released

  • Connection with source, god, etc.

  • Any range of emotions

  • Visions

  • Understanding or realisations about your life

  • Revelations

  • Acceptance

I am here for you the whole way. After the session, you may feel lighter, brighter, and more at peace with yourself.

 
Price, length, and structure 

Session length:
An average session is between 1 to 1.5 hours.

Price:

$120 per session.

Structure:

A breathwork session will begin with a discussion about your life and what has brought you to me. 

An intention is then set on what you are currently trying to work through or call in. The list is endless as to what you can set as your intention but some examples are release anguish related to a recent breakup, trust yourself or feel connection.

There is then an introduction to breathwork where I tell you a bit about it and describe the process.

I then put on some music that matches the mood of your intention or current feel and you begin to breathe.

I am there to support and guide you throughout the session utilising Reiki when I feel called.

After the session, we sit down and discuss what came up for you (if you wish) and slowly help integrate you after the session.
